Wise Words from HALLS

Every three weeks so far this winter the boys get sick, except for Bridger thank goodness. Lincoln has had RSV twice and is now on daily preventive medicine. Luckily the daily inhaler worked to stop RSV, but it didn't stop the flu. The boys had the flu for that last couple of weeks, which turned into ear infections. And to top it off, Spencer and I caught the flu too. Feeling awful this morning I unwrap a HALLS lozenge to seek cough & sore throat relief, but to my surprise I find psychological relief as well!
Being a mother is hard work, but even more HARD WORK when you have full body ache/pains, chills, fever, congestion, sore throat, and a nasty cough. HALLS may have helped relieve my cough and sore throat for a couple of hours, but it helped me realize...

"The show must go on. Or work."
(The performance or job of being a mom never takes a break therefore I must press on)

"Nothing you can't handle."
(I've been sick before and survived, right)

"Be unstoppable."
(Oh yeah, bring it)

"Push on!"
(Okay)

"Don't give up on yourself."
(This is my favorite because I feel that I have to be awesome, amazing, and give 110% all the time)

Don't worry HALLS. I won't give up. I'm UNSTOPPABLE!
(as long as you keep giving me cough and sore throat relief)
;-)
